FREQUENTLY ASKED

Good questions from golfers

Where is my passport stored?

Your stamps, plans, profile, preferences, and custom trails are stored on your iPhone. Export a backup before changing or resetting your device.

When does Golf Passport use my location?

Only after you tap the location button on the world map. Golf Passport uses that location to centre the map and does not save it.

Are verified check-ins available?

Not in version 1.0. You can collect memory stamps and plan courses without location verification.

How do I report a missing or incorrect course?

In the app, open Profile → Support & feedback. Choose the course report you need, add the details, then send or save the prepared report using the iPhone share sheet.

How do I cancel or manage Passport+?

Apple manages billing. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Golf Passport. You can also use the Manage Passport+ button on this page.
